Ride in Style
The pick up at Port of Miami start at 8:00 am until 9:15 am, at 9:15 am the driver will take you to downtown to take the Bus for Everglades Tour, bus leave at 9:30 am. Take a 40 minutes airboat ride to see alligators, exotic birds and turtles in their natural habitat! Then enjoy a full entertainment show and take a picture with a baby alligator. At 12:30 pm is time to return to the original point. The Bus is Downtown at 1:30 pm.

Pick up Service
The tour includes pick-up service from Port of Miami. When booking, you must INDICATE THE NAME OF YOUR CRUISE in the section enabled.
Pick-up takes place between 8:00 a.m and 9:15 a.m.

Terminal A: Blue Wall that says Welcome. See Picture
Terminal B and C: Shuttles and taxis designated pick up area, that is crossing the street, wait for us between the letters B and C. See Picture
Terminal D and E: Shuttles and taxis designated pick up area, that is crossing the street in the middle. See Picture
Terminal F and G: Wait by number 11. See Picture
Terminal J: In front of the terminal.
Driver will call you when he gets there at 8:00 am.

When to book?: It can be booked up to 24 hours before, depends on availability. It is recommended to book as soon as possible to secure your place.
Method of payment: to make the reservation, total payment is required.
Cancellations: If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance (local time) you can cancel the tour for FREE!, without penalty.
Confirmation: With the purchase of the tour you will receive a confirmation email. Present it from your mobile phone on the day of the tour.
1. Are reservations necessary?
Yes, the tour sells out. The driver will not allow passengers on the bus without a reservation, and the bus will not stop at a pick-up location unless it is on the schedule.
2. How do I buy tickets?
Book online or call us at (786) 212-4836. After booking, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing your receipt and itinerary.
3. Can I pay in cash on the bus?
Cash is not accepted. You must purchase tickets in advance with a credit or debit card. Many of our tours are popular and sell out early. By booking in advance, you are guaranteed a spot.
4.Is it necessary to print my receipt?
No, a printed receipt is not required. The driver will have your name and be expecting you.
5. What if I don't receive the email confirmation with my receipt?
If you don't see the email confirmation in your Inbox, check your Spam or Junk Mail folder. You should also try performing a search in your email account for the phrase: Sensation Tours. If you still can't find the email, contact us and we will resend the confirmation.
