Terms and Conditions of the website.

Receive a warm welcome to the Sensation Tours website. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Sensation Tours” refer to Sensation Tour LLC, and to our website. The term “you” refers to the customer who visits the Website and/or contributes content to this website.

Sensation Tour LLC requests the user of this page to read these conditions and the privacy policy of this website in detail and judiciously before starting their exploration or use. If the user does not agree with these terms of use or with any provision of the privacy policy, we suggest that you refrain from accessing or browsing the website of our entity.

1. The object of the website:

Sensation Tours has developed this website to offer users a service of booking activities, tours, or transportation services in Miami. 

 

Sensation Tours informs you that some of the activities, tours, or transportation services are services provided directly by third-party partners of Sensation Tours (hereinafter the Supplier).

 

2. Book on Sensation Tours:

To make reservations through the website, users will have to provide their personal data (names, surnames, email, telephone, and mobile) or, if applicable, the data of the person on behalf of whom the Activity or transfer, so that Sensation Tours can make the reservation requested by the user.

 

3. Specific conditions regarding booking of activities, tours, or transportation services:

The reservations that each user makes through the website are subject to the specific conditions that apply to each activity, tour, or transportation service. The user can find these conditions on the description sheet of the website for each of these services, as well as in the confirmation email sent by Sensation Tours once the reservation has been made.

 

1.3.1 General conditions applicable to all reservations:

Generally, the reservation of activities, tours, and transportation services provided by Sensation Tours through the website is subject to the following conditions:

  • There is only the possibility of changing the date and time of an activity, tour, or transportation services if the user has contracted a private service, in which case you have to send us an email to infoventas@sensationtours.com.

  • Users will be able to modify the data of their reservations whenever the conditions of the activity, tour, or transportation service permit. To make this modification, the user has to send us an email to infoventas@sensationtours.com.

  • The minimum advance time for each reservation is 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

 

To book an activity, tour, or transportation service, please contact us by sending a message to infoventas@sensationtours.com. The reservations that each user makes through the website are subject to the specific conditions that apply to each activity, tour, or transportation service. The user can find these conditions on the description sheet of the website for each of these services, as well as in the confirmation email sent once the reservation has been made.

1.3.2. Specific conditions related to information about the activity and/or tour reserved:

The meeting point, date, schedule, duration, and all the information necessary for the enjoyment of the activity, tour, or transportation service are detailed in the description sheet of each service on the website, as well as in the confirmation email sent by Sensation Tours to the user once the reservation is made.

It is essential that users are punctual and present at the meeting point at the time and date indicated since all activities, tours, or transportation services are scheduled to leave at a specific time, and it is not possible to change the start time. If users have any questions regarding the reserved service and, in particular, the meeting point of the activity, tour, or transportation service, users may contact us.

4. Specific conditions of reservations for transfers:

Each of the transfers offered by Sensation Tours on the website is subject to certain specific conditions, which users can consult on the description sheet of the transfer in question (located on the website), or in the confirmation email when they have made the reservation.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, users should be aware of the following:

  • Baggage supplements may be available: Prices on the website may have a supplement for carrying luggage (as long as it is fitted in the reserved vehicle). The price indicated on the website is per vehicle hired and includes tools. The only fee not included is a tip for drivers.

  • Several vehicle seats: The number of seats indicated on the website is the maximum number of people who can ride in the vehicle in addition to the driver. Keep in mind that children occupy a position just like adults.

  • Pick-up time: On transfers from the airport, the user must indicate the scheduled time of arrival of his flight. In the case of transfers originating from a particular point of destination, the user must indicate only the time at which he wants to be picked up. Transfers that originate in Miami Beach and areas of the airport will be spent searching at the time indicated on the website.

  • Modification of the reserved transfer: The user can modify the transfer whenever the conditions of the service that has been contracted allow it. In any case, the user can make the corresponding modification by sending an email to infoventas@sensationtours.com.

  • Contact with the driver: In the reservation confirmation email made by the user, Sensation Tours will detail the name, email, and emergency number of the provider (or, if applicable, the driver) in case the user does not find the driver or has any problem.

  • Stops on the hired route: If users have to make a stop during the journey (for example, if the car users are staying in different hotels or have to collect keys to enter their apartment), these stops will carry the Charge of an economic supplement.

 

5. Economic conditions of contracting:

The booking of the reservation of the services of Sensation Tours will be understood and formalized once the users have completed and accepted the form of reservation of the activity, tour, or transfer. The prices will be those indicated by Sensation Tours at the moment of the reservation of the activity or transfer that the user has chosen. Generally, Sensation Tours performs the complete collection through the website of the activity, guided tour, and/or the transfer booked by the user. These prices are expressed in Dollars ($) and do not include taxes; the total amount will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of the contracting service. Payment can be made by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. Generally, Sensation Tours will not apply discounts in the provision of its services unless it is established in the conditions of the activity, guided tour, and/or transfer that corresponds. After booking the reservation, users will receive a confirmation email where they will confirm the payment of the service contract. Sensation Tours should be notified of any undue or fraudulent charges on the card used for the purchase or via the email adm@sensationtours.com, in the shortest time possible for Sensation Tours to make the necessary arrangements.

7. Acceptance of Terms:

It is presumed that when a user accesses the website he does so under his full responsibility and that, therefore, fully and unreservedly accept the content of the terms and conditions of use of the website. Sensation Tour LLC reserves the right, in all respects, to update and modify at any time and in any way, unilaterally and without prior notice, the present conditions of use, privacy policies, and the contents of the page. All revisions will take effect immediately after publication.

 

8. Use of the Website:

As a condition of use of this website, you warrant that (i) all information provided on this website is true, accurate, current, and complete, (ii) if you have an account with Sensation Tours, Account information, and will monitor and be fully responsible for any use of the account made by anyone other than you, (iii) you are 14 years of age or older to be able to register an account and participate on our website, and (iv) have the legal authority to formalize this contract and to use this website by all the terms and conditions specified herein.

Sensation Tour LLC does not knowingly collect information from any person who is under 14 years of age. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny anyone access to this website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of this agreement.

The copying, transmission, reproduction, duplication, publication, or redistribution of the content of the website or any part of it is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Sensation Tour LLC.

9. Prohibited Activities:

The content and information of this website (including but not limited to messages, data, information, text, music, sound, photos, graphics, video, maps, icons, software, code, or other materials), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, are our property. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, represent, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, transfer, sell, or otherwise resell any information, software, product, or service derived from or arising from this website.

10. Opinions, comments, communications, and other content:

Users who have booked activities, tours, or transfers through Sensation Tours may publish their opinions and ratings on the website.

To do so, Sensation Tours will send an email to the user when the activity or the transfer is already finished so that you can assess the experience and service that has been provided by Sensation Tours.

When Sensation Tours receives the opinion and evaluation of the user, it will review and publish it as soon as possible on the website.

In any case, Sensation Tours will publish the opinions of the users as long as their content is not unlawful, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of the privacy of third parties, or otherwise objectionable to third parties, Content does not incorporate ads or links to other websites and/or that the opinion does not correspond to the valued service.

In particular, Sensation Tours reserves the right not to publish opinions whose contents may include the following expressions:

  • Discriminatory Expressions: In no case will expressions that go against an individual and that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, self-image, and dignity of the person. Any type of publication that is discriminatory, based on race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability, or any other personal or social circumstance, is prohibited.

  • Illegal activities: The content is not allowed to promote illegal activities or incorporate obscene or defamatory content.

  • Violence: It is expressly prohibited that opinions contain expressions that promote violence and/or include, without limitation, sexual violence or violence against animals and people.

  • Degrading content: Those opinions or comments that are intimidating, threatening, degrading, or in any way promoting violence against a particular person or group are not permitted.

 

11. Exclusion of liability:

Sensation Tours is not responsible for the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations are made after the deadline by the users. Sensation Tours will not be responsible for any concept to return the amounts paid by its users when they have not complied with the cancellation period provided for in the cancellation policy applicable to each service.

  • Delays or mistakes made by users to reach the meeting point of the activity, tour, and/or reserved transfer. That is, Sensation Tours will not assume any responsibility if the user loses the activity or the reserved transfer due to lack of punctuality and/or not being at the meeting point that corresponds.

  • Damages and robberies that affect users and property owned during the enjoyment of activities, excursions, and guided tours and/or during the journey of the contracted transfer service.

  • Injuries, damages, and accidents that could be suffered by the user during the enjoyment of the activity, excursion, guided tour, and/or reserved transfer, as well as those injuries, damages, and accidents suffered by the user before the service and that prevented him from enjoying it.

  • Of the cases in which the vehicle reserved for the transfer does not go to the point of collection when the information that has been provided by the user on the schedules and point of collection is erroneous or equivocal.

  • Loss of flights, trains, buses, or any other means of transportation, as a result of not having requested the transfer service within the notice period recommended by Sensation Tours. The user is solely responsible for knowing the time of departure of his flight/train/bus and requesting the service of the collection with sufficient time.

  • Of the meteorological conditions in which the supplier carries out the activities, tours, and guided transfers reserved by the users. Under no circumstances will Sensation Tours be responsible for these circumstances, so the service will be properly understood. Of the quality of the service provided by the supplier.

 

12. Privacy:

Personal information is understood as that provided by the user for registration, which includes data such as name, identification, age, gender, address, email, and telephone. The storage and use of personal information are governed by the privacy policies of the website.

13. Rules of Conduct:

  • No smoking is allowed in the vehicle.

  • Any unusual spill soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in a $250 clean-up fee being charged directly to the credit card on file for the trip.

  • No alcohol is permitted on the bus in Public.

  • No alcohol is permitted on the vehicle if any minor (under 21 years of age) is present.

  • Sensation Tours representative/chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for any type of gross misconduct or inebriation.
